Greg Beckett
is the author of 18 filed
13 granted US patents . In 1989, Mr. Beckett co-founded and
was the President of Toronto Venture Exchange listed Beckett
Technologies Corp., a microwave food packaging company, which
had a market capitalization of $198,000,000. In 1997 Mr. Beckett
started Beckett Capital Corp., a securities dealer licensed with
the Ontario Securities Commission. Beckett Capital's name
was later changed to Kingsdale Capital Corporation in 2001 (www.kingsdalecapital.com)
In 2006 Mr. Beckett became the President
of Richmond Club Corp , which is a media company that showcases
companies that are in the Richmond Club Index. In
2005 Mr. Beckett founded Liberty Fund Management Inc.

Scott Barber is the Director of Operations for The Richmond Club, Richmond Securities and Liberty Fund Management Inc,. Mr. Barber started his career at TD Bank where he obtained a mutual fund and insurance licenses and was instrumental in getting his branch to the number one position, in the region, for sales and service. He then became a National Credit and Administration Manager for VFC Inc., an automotive finance company, where he helped grow a company from 10 million to over 200 million in outstanding receivables in just over 5 years. He then went to Wells Fargo Financial as a Business Development Manager where he was able to grow a territory over 400% in just over two years. Scott has an honours Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance, as well, he earned the entrepreneurship award in University.

Greg brings more than 25 years in consulting and financial services expertise to The Richmond Club. Mr. Bewsh’s first introduction to the Richmond Club was with a TSX listed company that he was the Director of Investor Relations for called Bid.com. After exposure to the Richmond Club audience, Bid.com saw strong buying with an increase in liquidity and a significant growth in the number of its shareholders. Previously, Mr. Bewsh acquired extensive experience as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at two TSX and NASDAQ listed companies. Mr. Bewsh has been an integral part of deal teams that have raised over $2.5 billion in the Canadian and US capital markets. In addition, he was Vice President, Investment Banking for Chemical Bank in Canada. Mr. Bewsh has won the CICA/Financial Post Gold Medal Award for Annual Report production, as well; he was responsible for the first Webcast of an AGM in Canada. He has acted as a facilitator and speaker at CIRI’s annual convention. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Calgary and is a candidate for a CFA designation. Mr. Bewsh has run his own IR consulting firm for over five years where he has advised clients with respect to strategic investor relations, including corporate disclosure, company valuation, corporate governance, regulatory issues, structured finance and IPO support. Mr. Bewsh has been a guest lecturer at the Schulich School of Business, York University and Seneca College; subject matter has included Investor Relations Best Practices for natural resource based companies, technology, biotech, telecommunication companies and income trusts. Most recently, he has acted as a media advisor to Mr. Purdy Crawford, Chairman of the ABCP Investors Committee, which is currently before the Courts.
