Sacre-Coeur Minerals,
Ltd. (TSX-V: SCM) is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and
development of Properties for the potential mining of gold, metals
and diamonds in South America,
initially focusing on exploration for gold on its properties in
Guyana. The Company presently has an interest in approximately 850
square miles of mineral properties in Guyana, including the Million

successfully concluded its IPO in October, 2005. The offering
consisted of 8,000,000 Units, plus a fully exercised overallotment
option of 800,000 Units, for a total of
8,800,000 Units at the price of $1.50 per unit for aggregate gross
proceeds of $13,200,000. This represents one of the largest
exploratory start-ups ever brought public on the TSX Venture
Exchange. The company commenced trading on Tier 1 of the
TSX Venture Exchange on Monday, November 7, 2005 under the symbol "SCM".
