Prospector Consolidated Resources Inc. (“Prospector”) is a Vancouver-based exploration company which trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PRR. Prospector’s management team is experienced within the mining sector and the financial community.

Prospector Consolidated Resources Inc. is focused on advancing the recently acquired Kalzas project in the Yukon and developing the Candamena Mining District in Mexico, both of which the Company has a right to earn a 100% interest, subject to regulatory approval.

CANDAMENA

The Candamena Mining District covers an impressive 5,215 hectares and is host to several highly mineralized areas; the Nuevo Dolores, a volcanogenic-hosted epithermal gold-silver deposit; the La Blanca, a similar highly prospective area and two old high grade silver-lead-zinc mines, called La Verde and La Prieta, which include an old flotation mill and other equipment.

KALZAS

Union Carbide discovered the Kalzas deposit (in the late 1970's) and felt it had the potential to host a world class wolframite deposit.
