the Central Mineral Belt
Uranium District in
Labrador, which have
been recently optioned
to Crosshair Exploration
& Mining, and two claim
blocks in the Uranium
City District in
northern Saskatchewan,
of which the Orbit Lake
block has been recently
optioned to Ultra
Uranium.

Elliot Lake Property / Serpent River Property, Northern Ontario
Montoro has entered into
a property acquisition
agreement to
acquire a 100% interest
in 10 mining claims of
115 units
encompassing
approximately 1,840
hectares in the Sault
Ste. Marie
Mining Division, Elliot
Lake area in northern
Ontario, more
commonly known as the
Serpent River Property.
Cup Lake / Donen
Uranium Project ,
south-central British
Columbia
Montoro has an option
agreement to acquire a
100% interest
in the Cup Lake/Donen
Uranium Deposit in the
Beaverdell
area of the Greenwood
Mining Division in
south-central
British Columbia. Just
to the north is the
Blizzard Uranium
Deposit, recently
acquired by Boss Power
Corp. from Santoy
Resources (SAN – TSX.V)
and various private
individuals for
Cdn$ 105.0 million.
Crackingstone and Orbit properties, Uranium City, Saskatchewan
In April 2006, Montoro
and sister company
Belmont Resources (BEA -
TSX.V) acquired the
750-hectare
Crackingstone River
Property, 8 km southwest
of Uranium City in the
Uranium City Mining
District on the
northwestern margin of
the Athabasca Basin.
From 1953 to 1982, 16
deposits were brought
into production on the
Uranium City area. Past
production in the area
came from 4 outside
occurrences: the Cinch,
Lorado, Rix Smitty and
Leonard occurrences. The
Cinch Lake and Rex
Smitty mines produced a
total of 1.87 million
pounds of U3O8
Stormy Lake and Partridge River claims, Central Mineral Belt, Labrador
Montoro and Belmont
jointly hold the 26.5
square kilometre Stormy
Lake claims located 95
km northwest of Goose
Bay, Labrador. The 105
claims are surrounded by
large land packages
being explored by
Crosshair Exploration
and Mining , Bayswater
Uranium, and Silver
Spruce Resources and
Universal Uranium.
The 5.75 square
kilometre Partridge
River claims, 90 km
further to the west, are
located in an area with
extensive copper
mineralization in mafic
volcanic units and
uranium in lake
sediments anomalies
located by the
Newfoundland and
Labrador government.
