Energem Resources Inc (Energem) is a resources company engaged in 9 African countries and China in long term projects in the energy sectors.

Energem is admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange PLC and the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX)

Energem has an established presence and long-term experience across the African continent, both from its own involvement and through that of acquired subsidiaries and strategic partnerships.

Energem is engaged in the following related industries:

-  Upstream exploration and development of a oil and gas field
-  Crude oil and refined products distribution and sales, storage and   pipeline management and development
-  Production, sale and distribution of renewable biofuels
-  Manufacture, procurement, supply and logistics management of products for the mining and oil industry in Africa
-  Trade & structured finance , insurance broking and venture capital projects
 

The Group's activities are organized into six operating divisions within the Company, reporting to a central executive providing overall strategic direction and treasury management. The Company employs over 750 people and has offices and/or logistics and support infrastructure in Johannesburg, London, Beijing and a number of African countries.
